Build your target list

Starting from the ideal client profile you give us, we compile a list of real companies that match — right size, right industry, right signals (recent funding, hiring a marketing role, a rebrand in progress). Quality over volume: 50 well-matched prospects beats 500 random ones.

Personalise and contact

Each prospect gets a message written around something specific and true about their business — not a template with their name dropped in. We reach out through whichever channel fits best: email, LinkedIn, or otherwise, then follow up on a measured schedule so nothing goes cold.

Filter and hand over

Most replies aren't worth your time — "not interested," out-of-office, wrong contact. We filter those out and only pass you the ones showing genuine interest, along with the context you need to pick the conversation up straight away.

Pricing

We don't get paid unless you make more money.

There's no base fee in month one — the running cost is entirely on us. The only thing you ever pay is a small percentage, and only on deals that actually close from a lead we sourced. If nothing closes, you owe nothing.

Month one

No flat fee at all. Full outreach runs at our cost. If a lead we generate closes into a client, a small percentage of that deal applies — same as every month after.

From month two

Base + %

Once you've seen it produce results: a small flat monthly fee to keep outreach running, plus the same percentage on any deal that closes. If nothing closes, you only pay the base — cancel any time.

The percentage applies to any deal that closes from a lead we generated — including month one, and including deals that grow into ongoing retainers. Exact numbers are set per agency and confirmed with you directly before anything starts.

How do you define "a lead you generated"?

Anyone who replies positively to Openline outreach and books a call within 30 days counts as our lead. This gets written down and agreed before month two starts — no grey areas.

What if month one doesn't produce anything?

Then it costs you nothing. There's no base fee in month one regardless — the only thing you'd ever owe is the percentage, and only if a lead we sourced actually turns into a client.

What do you need from me to begin?

A short description of your ideal client and a few examples of past clients you've enjoyed working with. That's enough to start building your prospect list.

What if a lead turns into a long-term client?

The percentage applies to that relationship going forward, not just the first invoice — if a lead we sourced becomes a retained client, our share continues to reflect that.

Can I stop after the free month?

Yes, no obligation either way. If it hasn't produced anything worth continuing for, just let us know.
